The process consists of putting raw materials into the melting furnace,
producing a billet bar after melting, through continuous casting, automatic
cutting to a size suitable for the extruding processor, preheating in a
furnace and producing hot rolling coil with a 2,200t extruding processor
then cooling it naturally for use in cold rolling process.
The extruded hot rolling coil is adjusted for strength, elasticity and a
range of mechanical properties used in finished products through cold
rolling and annealing in a 4-step reversible rolling mill. During this
process, thickness is adjusted up to 0.1mm~4.5mm and cutting is
available from 10 mm min. to 1200 mm max. through a slitter.
Coil materials can be cut in plates up to 4200 mm max. by using automatic dividing shears.
